5.1 Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within India. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

5.2 Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes between 5-7 business days, depending on the location.

5.3 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the order.

5.4 No International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

5.5 COD Availability: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders up to a COD limit of INR 2000.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 1 June 2025

At "The Plush Store", we aim to deliver your sustainable fashion purchases quickly, safely, and reliably to your doorstep anywhere in India.

Serviceable Locations

  • We deliver to most PIN codes across India.
  • International shipping is NOT available at this time.

Dispatch Policy

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on public holidays, Sundays, or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional offer related to “free shipping” will be applied as communicated on the website.

Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location and the courier company.
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take longer.

Tracking Orders

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Use the provided tracking link/number to follow your order’s journey in real-time on our logistics partner’s website.

Delivery Process

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping information.
  • Couriers will attempt delivery twice. If unreachable, the order may be returned to us. We shall reattempt delivery upon customer request, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Delay in Delivery

  • Delays may occur due to force majeure, weather, natural calamities, strikes, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
  • "The Plush Store" shall not be liable for such delays. We will keep you informed and assist with resolution.

Receipts and Proof of Delivery

  • A delivery confirmation (electronic or physical) will be collected by our courier at the time of delivery.
  • Please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting it. Record an unpacking video if you suspect any product damage.

Failed Delivery & Redelivery

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated absence, the shipment will be returned to our office.
  • Redelivery requests will incur extra shipping fees to be borne by the customer.

 Change in Delivery Address

  • Requests to change the delivery address post-order placement may be accommodated only if the product has not yet been dispatched. Email support@theplushstore.com promptly with your order number.
