Return & Exchange Policy of The Plush Store

At The Plush Store, we take immense pride in crafting garments that not only embody comfort and elegance but also carry a strong sense of responsibility toward our planet and people. Every product you purchase from us is a symbol of our commitment to sustainable fashion, ethically made in India. However, we understand that at times, things may not go as expected. Hence, we’ve designed a Return & Exchange Policy that is transparent, fair, and aligned with our customer-first philosophy.

Returns: For Damaged or Defective Products

We offer a 5-day return policy exclusively for damaged or defective products. Our products go through strict quality checks, but in the rare case you receive a damaged item:

  1. Eligibility: Return requests must be initiated within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  3. Unboxing Video is Mandatory: We require an unedited unpacking video from the moment the parcel is opened. This helps us verify the claim and process returns efficiently.
  4. How to Return:
    • We do not provide a reverse pickup service.
    • You must courier the product to our registered address:

  1. Refund Process:
    • After verification of the returned product and unboxing video, we will initiate a refund.
    • The refund will be made via the same mode of payment used during purchase.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details and process the refund via bank transfer.
    • Refunds may take 5–7 business days from verification.

Returns – Not Applicable for Buyer’s Remorse

Please note, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of fabric or color after delivery
  • Size dissatisfaction unless opting for exchange
  • Failure to provide unpacking video

We encourage our customers to read product descriptions carefully and refer to the size chart before placing an order.

Exchanges: (For Size and Fit Issues)

We understand that buying clothes online can lead to sizing uncertainties. Therefore, we offer a 5-day exchange policy for size and fitting issues.

  1. Eligibility:
    • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  2. Unboxing Video is Mandatory: Even for exchanges, the opening video is required to verify the product’s condition.
  3. Non-Pickup: We currently do not offer reverse pickup. You must self-ship the item to our registered address (mentioned above).
  4. Once-Only Exchange:
    • Once an order has been exchanged, a second exchange is not permitted.
    • If you still wish to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.

Exchange Options

  1. Exchange for the same style in a different size:
  • If the size you want is available, we will ship it to you free of cost upon receiving and verifying the returned item.
  1. Exchange for a different style or value:
  • If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid in advance.
  • If the new item is of lower value, the excess amount will be refunded after we receive the original item.
  • COD is not available for exchanged orders.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized orders
  • Gift-wrapped items
  • Final sale/clearance items
  • Any item returned without original tags or without unboxing video

Additionally, shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Important Points to Remember

  • All return/exchange requests must be supported by an unpacking video.
  • Products returned without video proof or past the 5-day window will not be processed.
  • The final decision on return or exchange lies with The Plush Store team after thorough verification.
